Reservations will be confirmed with a credit card.  Payments may be made by credit card or cash.  Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to expected arrival.

A cancellation fee may be applied on holiday reservations.  A refund will be based on ability to re-rent the reserved cabin.  Check in time is 2:00 pm., check out time is 11:00 am.

Cabins are non-smoking.  There is a three night minimum rental on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.  There is no minimum stay during the week.  Rates are subject to change.

 
 
Rental Policies:
 
All parties reserving will be responsible for their own safety and for any damages to the cabins.  Smoking is only allowed outside.

If there is a need for extensive cleaning after your departure there may be a clean up fee.  The kitchen should be left clean and everything put away.  Charcoals should be removed from the BBQ grills.  Any damages will be charged.  Towels are not to be taken off the premises.

Must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.  Sorry no pets allowed.  You must notify us if you plan to have day guests.   Extra fees may apply.

Fireworks or bon fires are not allowed on the property.  No candles allowed.  No hunting of any kind allowed.
